about us

Let's meet

We are longing for nature by nature. We have brought Efil to life to relieve this longing, even if only for a while. We have moved from the city to the village. You too can enjoy the fresh, non-toxic heirloom seeds, the sound of vibrant nature, the Bosphorus view, the stars during the new moon, and a bright night during the full moon with us here.

Efil is a small self-sufficient farm on the Çanakkale-Bursa road, 20 minutes from Lapseki and Çanakkale. From its location, you can easily visit many villages and historical sites in the region. You can take a boat or bike tour, or just enjoy being away from "civilization" by watching the sunrise and sunset.

We preserve and multiply the seeds of our ancestors today. We produce our own local products such as Çanakkale tomatoes and olive oil without any pesticides.

Our goal is to increase fruit and vegetable production here and establish a completely self-sufficient, organic, and nature-friendly habitat.

And to share this with you on happy days.

animal lover

Along with our 5 dogs, we also have a bunch of cats staying with us. They will be happy to meet your animal friends. We kindly ask you to inform us about this before you arrive.

nature friendly

We try to return our organic waste to nature as much as we can by composting and recycling inorganic waste. We prefer organic, nature-friendly products in cleaning products (including shampoo). We would be happy if you prefer that when you stay, of course Efil has it if you don't have it :) We don't throw paper etc. in the toilet.

cooking facilities

We don't want to say cook and eat, but some of us really enjoy it :) Now, the joy of barbecuing is a whole different thing :) No, if you say you cook and I'll eat, we always have a meal service in the kitchen.

Hammocks and swings in the forest, breakfast under a tree in the morning, a corner with a pleasant breeze in the midday heat, relaxing on a sun lounger in front of the view in the evening...

Meals touched by mother's hands

In addition to the carefully prepared breakfast every morning, you can also eat our delicious local dishes as an extra meal of your choice by informing us in advance.
